configuring grub


I want another size of the grub splashimage, it should be fullscreen and not just 480x640 and placing and setting size of the menu would also be nice. I'm not using grub 2 but Debian GNU/Linux unstable

you should just be able to point it to an image file that is the same size that you want for you splash screen

doesn't work, are there any options setting size of the image

AFAIK the size noted is a requirement per most how-to's.
