apt-get has debconf problems

Every time I use apt-get this messege appears & I dont know how to solve it

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Kde
debconf: (Can't locate Qt.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.3 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Wizard.pm line 7, <> line 1.)
debconf: falling back to frontend: Dialog

I can install the aplications which i need but im afraid of this messege cos may be something wrong with Deb distribution.

Some idea?!?!?!?!

What it's telling you is that it can't open the KDE version of the debconf. It tries to go back to dialog (ncurses-based text) but fails. I would try a:

dpkg-reconfigure debconf

And select Dialog. It's the only one that has worked for me.
