It would be nice, if you took the time to write without too many abbreviations (the short ones are often used for different meanings under differing contexts). Also state your problem in a normal explanation (as opposed to your personal shorthand

If I understood correctly, you downloaded an iso file from the net and want to burn it to CD. I assume you saved it to your disk. Start K3b (from KDE, Gnome should work too) and select the iso file. Rest should be self explaining or come back with your (new) problem(s)
