Speakers aren't working, but headphones work

Hi,

Just did a fresh install of Bodhi 5.1.0 on my PC. The problem is that the speakers i have connected don't work at all. I've checked alsamixer and pavucontrol, everything looks fine. My headphones work perfectly fine however. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Just a bit of food for thought - on my laptop the f7 key can be used to turn speakers off. Moot point if a desktop, but again, food for thought.
