EasyTag, as an alternative, is too big for netbook displays, which makes it very uncomfortable to use it.
So, moving it around, using the ALT key, is annoying.
What can I do now, please?
Where can I find a tag tool, being able to tag many files at once like that, as easy as the one mentioned above?:
OK I took a look at tagtool and found the source code, sadly it does not compile on BL 5.0 (ubuntu 18.04). Perhaps that i why there are no packages for it in the ubuntu 18.04 repos
However, I seemingly mess with code far too often that fails to compile. So I bit the bullet and fixed it, at least fix it enough to make a deb file for it and added it to BL 5.0 repos. Bodhi users should be able to install it now.
I installed the fixed deb and the tool does start... let's hope, it's going to work properly.
I cannot test it right now, because I need to add some files first. I'm busy on some other things, currently.
@madmax, I didn't test it but assume it works. I did see if launched ok with no errors. If it has any issues report them here, I will take a look at them. Just be aware this program is no longer under development and any issue reported that don't have a simple for me to fix solution will probably not be fixed. I will report them on github, but as I said this program is not currently maintained. I have too much to do to take on maintaining it. As always patches accepted
