Been ill

I've been through the wars just lately! I was stupid! I strained myself putting my motorbike on the centre stand. Because I am waiting for a handle from Japan (fastens to the frame at the side above the chainguard), I put my left hand on the handlebars, and because the handle isn't there I twisted a bit further and used the grab rail, stupid, stupid, stupid!!

I caused damage to muscles in my back and strained my groin. Agony! I couldn't walk, I was in pain when I sat or laid down. I was given very powerful drugs and antibiotics (for the groin strain). Then just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, I came down with the worst cold I have ever had. If the landscape wasn't so flat round here I would jump off a cliff.
