NEWS ABOUT PuppEX Bookworm64 Build 230305 with MATE as DE

My new Puppy Linux derivative is built using the Bookworm Build Script. It is compatible with Debian Bookworm - upcoming Debian 12. (Debian 12 soft freeze will happen very soon).

This PuppEX version uses kernel 6.1.0-5-amd64.
