WHAT IS ArchEX dual build 141031?
ArchEX 64bit/32bit dual is a new (141031) Linux live DVD based on Arch Linux. Arch motto is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). ArchEX uses kernel 3.17.1-1-ARCH (latest stable kernel) and the LXDE Desktop environment.

ExTiX Linux Live DVD 64 bit is based on Debian Jessie/Ubuntu 14.10 (released 141023). The original system includes the Desktop Environment Unity (Ubuntu). After removing Unity I have installed Gnome3.14 (in ExTiX 14.2, build 141024) respectively Razor-qt 0.5.2 (in ExTiX Light, build 141019). The system language is English in both versions of ExTiX.

CruxEX 3.1 2014 64 bit Linux Live USB is based on CRUX 3.1 (latest version, released 140716), which is all Linux enthusiasts/nerds favorite OS. (CRUX 3.1 is a lightweight Linux distribution for the x86_64 architecture targeted at experienced Linux users). CruxEX 3.1 2014 uses the LXDE Desktop environment. I have replaced the original CRUX kernel 3.12.24 with “my” special kernel 3.17.1-x86_64-cruxex, with support for “extra everything”.
