4MLinux asks you to setup root's password. Therefore it displays the message "Setup root's password and try again" and it opens your terminal with the "passwd" command running in it. This is because you must enter root's password to unlock the screen in 4MLinux.
Option 1:
- you want to lock the screen (password-protected),
- there is no password yet,
- 4MLinux asks you to setup a password.
It's not a bug, but quite logical behaviour.
Option 2:
- you want to lock the screen (password-protected),
- there is a password already,
- 4MLinux asks you to setup a password.
This would be a bug.
