freebsd 4.10 acpi


i know that acpi is only built into the freebsd 5.x and up, and it 4.10 its apm, how do i compile acpi into the kernel if im using 4.10? i have googled and read but nothing helpfull or a how-to came up.

i'm really new to bsd, but, having a look at lint, it looks to be possible. there is a line entry for acpi in lint. have a look at this
