Angry adsl usb conexant

Is there any chance to use usb adsl modems with conexant chipset on *BSD?
In linux is a project which is getting these shits to work
I saw the speedtouch project but it is only for speedtouch nothing more
Has anyone some experiences how to get those modems to work?

if you have an ethernet card, and correspoding port on the modem, it would be fine [i have speedtouch 530, 1 usb port and 1 ethernet]

I have another problem, i want to make my pc an ftp server.......... but i cant, somewhere is a firewall, and i dont know nothing, although, some body got in my ftp [/var/ftp/icoming/.] and put some files.

god bless us.
