Zorin 17 How to remove desktop font shadow and bolding

Hi there,
I've just moved over to Zorin from Mint/Ubuntu and I can't find a setting anywhere to remove desktop font shadow and bolding.

I've checked Zorin Appearance and installed and checked on dconf, but can't see any settings on either of these.

Perhaps it's a .css file somewhere?

I can imagine on a laptop the shadow and bolding would be helpful but on desktop monitors it distractingly ugly.

Regards
John
