Zenwalk Slackware SlackBuild Scripts?

What version of Slackware is the latest Zenwalk based on?

Can I use slackbuild scripts from slackware to add software to Zenwalk? Do I use the scripts from Slackware 12 or 12.1 or some earlier version?

I want to use Zenwalk to build kdebase with hal support from a slackbuild script.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Zenwalk is always based on slackware current.

Yes, you can use slackbuilds. But you can also use slackware packages directly.

The kdebase in zenwalk has hal support AFAIK anyway, so it would be easier to use that instead of building everything. Just "netpkg kdebase"
