Is there an actual live cd of Vector Linux-7.1?

I have spent hours searching Vector's web site (and US MIRRORS), looking for a download link for VL-7.1 STD (or Gold) LIVE CD. I can't find anything except a statement in some of the documentation that a "live" cd is included for one to choose.

I'd be very happy if someone would point me in the right direction.

Thanks, Edmond B

No, there isn't a Live CD 7.1 yet.

I always try out new distos first in a VM and if I like the look of them my next step is to make
a Live USB , if it's at all possible.

So far , I have failed with these three :-

Vector
CentOS
PCLinux

In the case of the last one , the problem seems to be incompatibility in the Syslinux file .
With CentOS I will have to wait and see if the developers make a Live USB option.

Vector only works for me in a VM and even then it only works as a full install .... no Live option

I'm looking at Bodhi right now .... no problem with making a live USB , it's just making it
persistent that is a bit of a challenge.

.... but I'm still having big fun with all of this stuff !!

Thumbs up live cd

we want a live cd deesperately. the problem is we are so short handed.
it is being looked into and we'd love to have it for 7.2 but i doubt we'll
have it until after 7.2. the biggest wants that we have is live cd and multilib
