ATI kernel modules build fail

Here is my problem:

I'm trying to install the latest ATI drivers for my PCI-e X800XL. This is the error I get.

ATI module generator V 2.0

make: *** [kmod_build] Error 2
build failed with return value 2

Of course I can see I'm missing some include files, but why, or where can I get them?
