Windows can't print pdf to Xubuntu CUPS

I have Xubuntu 12.04 with Samba sharing printers to Windows computers in my house. On a Win7 computer, I can print all file types except pdf. In CUPs, I don't even see a print job created for the pdf print. All other Win7 print request - Word Documents, Web Brower, Publisher, ... print fine. Printing pdf from web browser also doesn't work.

In the /var/log/cups on Xbunutu, I see the following:

[28/Sep/2013:11:51:28 -0500] Unknown directive SystemGroup on line 16 of /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.
W [28/Sep/2013:11:51:34 -0500] failed to CreateProfile: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReplyid not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

I can take this same pdf and bring it to the Xubuntu computer and print it.

Also, I have taken a different pdf that I had on Xubuntu - confirmed Xubuntu could print it - transferred it to Win7, and same problem.

Any help on why pdf's are having this problem is appreciated.
