I do not have kernel source from my ubuntu, where can I get linux-source-2.6.35.tar.bz2 from web? I am searching it for whole day, can't found it. Anyone know?
Edit: If you want the source for the Ubuntu kernel you're running, you should be able to get it using the package manager. If you want the vanilla (i.e. unmodified) kernel sources, see below.
Have you tried the Ubuntu Packages site? In the search package directories form, select your distribution and you should find the exact version. Anyway, what does prevent you to use synaptic or apt-get to search/install the package from your system?
