When are you releasing the full version of Ubuntu 12.10 for the upgrade?
Ubuntu releases a new version every 6 months, in April and October. Thus, Ubuntu 12.04 was released in the 4th month (April) of 2012, and Ubuntu 12.10 is being released in the 10th month (October) of 2012.
These releases are usually done toward the end of the month as you can see from the links that others have posted.
