EISA is an interface type like ISA, VESA, PCI .. it's a slot on your motherboard that you can plug various types of cards into. It's actually a bit of an old one, I thought it was well and truly dead...
We were talking about this sort of stuff at my LUG tonight.
The old heads said that, when you boot the modern linux kernel, it will probe for all sorts of things. It may or may not find them. The probe is routine. Not finding anything if nothing is there is nothing to worry about.
In this case, it looks like the boot sequence is probing for an EISA components and not finding any.
