wanting to add memlockd from initd to systemd

I'd like to have memlockd loaded in case of a browser memory leak runaway.

memlockd comes with initd scripts and an older systemd script

what is the way to have it start under xububu 16.04 systemd

Code:
$locate memlockd
/etc/memlockd.cfg
/etc/memlockd.d
/etc/default/memlockd
/etc/init.d/memlockd
/etc/rc0.d/K01memlockd
/etc/rc1.d/K01memlockd
/etc/rc2.d/S02memlockd
/etc/rc3.d/S02memlockd
/etc/rc4.d/S02memlockd
/etc/rc5.d/S02memlockd
/etc/rc6.d/K01memlockd
/lib/systemd/system/memlockd.service
/usr/sbin/memlockd
Code:
$systemd-analyze verify memlockd
snap-core-1689.mount: Unit is bound to inactive unit dev-loop0.device. Stopping, too.
snap-aldo-1.mount: Unit is bound to inactive unit dev-loop3.device. Stopping, too.
Failed to prepare filename memlockd: Invalid argument
Code:
$ cat /lib/systemd/system/memlockd.service
[Unit]
Description=memlockd

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/memlockd -f -u memlockd
ExecReload=/bin/kill -HUP $MAINPID
Type=simple
StandardOutput=syslog
Restart=always

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

Did you run the following?

Code:
systemctl enable memlockd.service
