ubuntu and unreal folder

How do I set write permissions for my unreal folder so that I can move, delete, etc to it. /usr/local/games/unreal is where it is located. I want to have complete access to it.

Thanks
Kezz

chmod 777 /usr/local/games/unreal

[Edit]
Sorry, more detail might be needed. The above will give full permissions to all users. To just set them for yourself, change the 777 to 700.

Also, to change the permissions on all of the contents of that directory, as well as the directory itself, use chmod -R
