ok so i tried this whole tutorial. and it was clear and easy to understand. but apperintly im to dumb to get it to work. jk
but seriously im pretty computer savy so ive thaught intel now.
but any ways its still not showing up in startup loadier screen to schoose between what kernel u want to run or mem test or if your running duel boot it have other os listed. but te new kernel i compiled isnt showing.
Am i missing something?

ok sry had to add
so im looking through the boot/grub/menu.lst and its showing up in the list their but not at the duel boot screen.
it has the img and config in boot/ fot the kernel i compiled.
so how do i get it to boot from the kernel i just compiled.

ok so i installed grub2 again. and replaced the version i had. seemed to fix it.
