Unhappy The Dual System Problem in my Dell 1464

Hi
When I install Ubuntu,I use my first partition for swap, sec partition was the Win7 system reserved partition before i mounted /boot, 3th is Win7 System,my Ubuntu is in the last Logic partition.
And,here is my issue:

1.after install ubuntu,I found that I can't see the Grub2 interface,it directly access into ubuntu.

2. the computer can not find the other system. No matter i used "sudo update-grub" command or use the Win7 DVD,I still can't find the Win7 boot.it also happend when i trying to install Mac ox Snow leopard.p.s.:Win7 still in my hard disk. But,I only can use it when i reinstall Win7. Seems my Dell 1464 can not install dual system.

3.When I reinstall Win7 i Found that, The partition of the last system became a system partition.I still don't know why.

Hope somebody can help me solve the problem. Thx
