Scrolling issues and ect are getting in the way of my browsing. Help?.

Bum Bum Bum Bump.

Add:I have also tried Smooth Scrolling on Firefox and Chrome. But nothing.

Also, I tried removing xserver-xgl but it said not found.

Should I post my Xorg?. How would I go about doing that?.
