Thumbs up Reg:- Yahoo messenger and Voice over IP

Hi
I have installed ubuntu in my system and i am working on it. it is really good.
After i was working on ubuntu. My friends saw my system and they got installed ubuntu on there system by me. Till now the count is 4 system for past week. plan to install more atleast 10 systems. They are fed up with windows they now want to change. now they are ok with the word, excel , powerpoint and all thanks to Openoffice.
Now here the problem comes.
i could find Google talk for ubuntu.
But they are ready to use fully in ubuntu thanks to graphics and clarity of the system and speed.
the only problems is they are looking for yahoo messenger with web cam, voice support.
all are using built in web cam laptop. The same problem lies for me. I am not using webcam in my laptop. so i really dont care about that one. but they are busy in video conference and in webcam in yahoo.
so they asked me to find the yahoo alternative or yahoo for linux and to install that one. they are really crazy as the speed of opening of files in ubuntu.
My questions as below:-
1.Need a yahoo alternative or steps which supports webcam for yahoo.
2. Need a good software for voice over ip to call india.

if i get this answer most of the people will change to ubuntu. Everyone depends on me. It is easy to learn the kids than the elders in Ubuntu. they will follow what we say.

so please consider this as serious and give me the proper answer. i need to install the webcam software proper. all are using acer laptop and it has built in webcam.

I think Kopete which is part of the kdenetwork package has webcam support, but I have never tried it, so I am not sure if it suites your needs. For VOIP calls, try Ekiga or Skype.
