would be nice to give a better title.
I would first check if the file mentioned really exists.

does it only show up when you got an iusse that is telling you to run apt-get on the command line to see what is wrong?

then if you do and it is still there with no error or warning messages then has it always been there? is it clickable icon?

I do not use that distro is why i am asking. but I'd click on it to see what it does, if anything.

I got fed up and installed Mint. Thanks for your replies.
