Problems w/ Upgrade & Cedega

I am having a couple of problems. I recently redid my laptop (Asus G50Vt) with Kubuntu 9.10. Everything installed fine. I got VMWare to install and got MacOSX and WinXP/7 installed but the problem was when I tried installing Cedega. I downloaded the most recent .deb and tried this:

Code:
pyrocide@TechVault:~$ cd /home/pyrocide/Documents/
pyrocide@TechVault:~/Documents$ sudo dpkg -i cedega_000138_all.deb
(Reading database ... 85509 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace cedega 000138 (using cedega_000138_all.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement cedega ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of cedega:
 cedega depends on python-gtk2 (>= 2.6); however:
  Package python-gtk2 is not installed.
 cedega depends on python-glade2; however:
  Package python-glade2 is not installed.
dpkg: error processing cedega (--install):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
 cedega
I tried to install the packages manually by using apt-get install. But I get this error

Code:
pyrocide@TechVault:~/Documents$ sudo apt-get install python-glade2
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package python-glade2 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package python-glade2 has no installation candidate
pyrocide@TechVault:~/Documents$
Tried using apt-get -f install and it just removed Cedega.

Can someone help me out here?

Next problem is that I get an error code 127 when trying to upgrade the distro to 10.0.4 LTS.

I got the problem of the upgrade fixed. It was half downloaded as my internet is shady at times.

I got cedega and the upgrade correctly installed, but a new problem arises.

Is there a problem with the current NVIDIA driver release and 10.04?

I get an error message saying that there is a problem with the current kernel and the kernel the package was built for.

These are the steps I took.

I couldn't get the Nvidia site to download my driver correctly so I downloaded it from my desktop running Win7. transferred through USB and everything seemed to work fine

Code:
sudo apt-get install module-assistant build-essential
sudo /etc/init.d/kdm stop
cd /home/pyrocide
sudo sh NVI...run
ERROR message
sudo /etc/init.d/kdm start
