Philips TV Video Card Operation question

I purchased a TV Tuner Card and I have found the driver for Linux (nxtvepg_2.8.1-3_i386.deb).I have installed it in the PCI Slot, connected the Audio to the Line In Port and have plugged the sensor for my Remote Control into the RM Port on the new card.

We have Satellite TV, I believe that all I need is to put a T-Connector in the Co-Axel Cable and run it to my card and install the driver, is that correct?
