A few things. You have been here a while. You should know that:
a better title than "need your help please" will get you more help
Typing out the error will get you more help and make it easier to search
Adding far more detail to the post will get you more help
As it stands,. from your picture,. I deduce by reading the sentence "The root filesystem on /dev/sda1 requires a manual fsck" that you need to run an 'fsck' on the /dev/sda1 filesystem.
You can google 'fsck' + your operating system for instructions on how to do this.
Hope you have a backup.

Thanks i was able to repair it once using the fsck, but this second time no avail,i already did 2 installs of ubuntu 64 bit that had failed,well this time i installed Xubuntu 16.04 32bit instead and so far so good.
You cannot unmount a partition while running a installed Ubuntu session of Gparted. You need to be running a live cd session.
Hence the gparted iso download link page I posted.
THanks rokytnji; i sure did downloaded it and made an Gpart live cd an checked and everything is ok, as so the mem ram,
well Xubuntu 16.04 32bit has been running without issues so far so good, i keep it instead Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
this emachines ET 1331G AMD ATHlon x2 250U was one of my late finds on a dumpster, it came in with a Bad HDD,well it's an upgrade from an eMachines with a P4 processor that i retired to my scrap,
