Kubuntu 21.04 - How to let volume tool tip last longer. please?

I tried the latest Kubuntu 21.04, but there's a little problem with the volume tool tip.

When I hover the volume tray icon and scroll the mouse wheel, this tool tip does in fact appear, but it disappears after about two seconds, even when the mouse is still on the volume icon.

Is there any way to prevent that tool tip from disappearing as long as the mouse is still on that icon, please?

Better off just right click it configure . Or left click so all the options come up and stay.

No matter, if I try the left or right click, there's no option to achieve the wanted behaviour.
Let me compare this with Mint for a moment. They used to have such a problem, too, with some 18.x versions. They managed to fix it in a quite interesting way, which looks like this:

When hovering the volume icon, the tool tip appears with the current percent (and dB, btw.). When the wheel is scrolled, the tool tip disappears after each step of scrolling, but instantly, that tool tip is replaced by a new one with the new value and the tool tip doesn't disappear as long as the mouse pointer remains on the volume icon.
Is there any way to make Kubuntu work like this, too?
