Issue with Sound Output on Speaker with Ubuntu 16.04

Hello,

I am on Ubuntu 16.04 and am trying to get Jack audio server running
along with PulseAudio.

Currently when I try to load the jack source and sink modules provided
by Pulseaudio I get the exception message " Failed to Load module. Initialization Failed"

The assumption is that when these modules are loaded by Pulseaudio when one open QJackCtl
to get gUI for controlling Jack, one can see these audio sources and sinks and
then connect them to the required audio devices for better latency outputs.

Can someone assist in what the issue could be and how it could be resolved.

Thanks
Ken
