If you already have a linux installed, one solution is to mount that image on your harddisk and access all files contained in the ISO file.
mount -o loop -t iso9660 ubuntu.iso /mnt/isoimage/ , this is an example of mounting it and need to create the mount point in the directory /mnt.
Of course it depends if the loop device is in your current kernel.
If you don't have a current linux installed, you may can find a third party program for Windows to access the iso file. Try google for locating one.
