how to remove right alt-key as third level switcher

Hi all,

Apparently the right alt-key was made the third level chooser in Gutsy by default. I would like to disable this and have my right alt-key work as a normal alt-key, however I cannot figure out how to do this as it does not seem documented anywhere. I have only found via google some third-party website that explains how to disable it in gnome:
http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,13...x/article.html

Well, I don't run gnome. This is an ubuntu server machine. So, I have no clue how to disable it.

Thanks,
George
