How to map keyboard combos to Wacom MTE-450a on Ubuntu 16.10?

Hey, I would like to map my Wacom tablet's buttons to keyboard combos for Krita, but the GUI setup in Ubuntu for Wacoms is pretty bad and I am a little confused as to what to do with the command line method, so I have two questions:

- How do I map the buttons
- Is there a refrence chart for what button is which for the command-line mapping?

As mentioned in the title I'm using the Wacom Bamboo MTE-450a on Ubuntu 16.10.

Thanks!
