GPG error thanlwinsoft

I use Ubuntu 9.04.
Synaptic Software Manager > Repositories > Reload
I have a following error.

GPG error: http://www.thanlwinsoft.org karmic Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 7804AF9D95075E6E

What can I do?
Please help me as soon as possible.

Type = Binary
URI = http://www.thanlwinsoft.org/ThanLwin...wnloads/ubuntu
Distribution = karmic
Components = main

I use this URI because I want to use my win keyboard for Myanmar ( padauk font ) .

At a guess I'd say their packages are signed but you don't have the public key installed, try to find out where they have published their key or try their support
