[SOLVED] Fail to download package

Hi there,

I am testing the 12.04 LTS beta, and I got error when trying to update the system :

Reading package lists... Error!
E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-updates_restricted_binary-amd64_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

This happen when I run any package update and apps install application, I know this is beta that's why buggy, just wonder if I can fix this, any idea ?
