/etc/dhcpd.conf or /ltsp/dhcpd.conf ?

Working on LTSP with Edubuntu, I discover that

Edubuntu has the usual /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf.

It also has /etc/ltsp/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf.

Does one work with the usual dhcp server, and the other only when ltsp is serving a remote terminal?

Does the ltsp dhcp server override the usual dhcp server?

Thanks.

dhcpd.conf inactivation by etc/ltsp/dhcpd.conf

Google search mentions one site stating:

etc/dhcpd.conf is inactivated if etc/ltsp/dhcpd.conf is present.

This sounds right, because I cannot find anything else. Thanks
