[SOLVED] Error in loading other_hosts file: Expecting value:

This is Ubuntu 18.04.1 upgraded from 16.04.5. For quite awhile I've noticed in my syslog

localhost com.ubuntu.OneConf[3198]: WARNING:oneconf.hosts:Error in loading other_hosts file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/chris/.cache/oneconf/1ceb144cdcba173e0bffd90c5449d444/other_hosts

So back on 31 Aug I created the file in the folder above however it was empty and I have no idea what goes into it. Now I'm seeing

localhost com.ubuntu.OneConf[2446]: WARNING:oneconf.hosts:Error in loading other_hosts file: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Realizing these are 'Warnings' but I am curious what should be in the other_hosts file.

Thank you for the links. If I understand then there is no issue since there is only one host on this desktop. Marking as 'Solved'.
