Disable pendrive


Hello everyone,
I am using ubuntu 8.04. Is there any way to disable pendrive ??

You need to be a little more specific. Do you want to disable all USB storage, just a specific type of USB storage, only limit it for certain users, etc, etc?

The easiest way, which would disable all USB storage, is to blacklist the "usb-storage" module at boot.

Hello

Could you please tell me how to blacklist the usb-storage at boot time?
