Can i ??


Hi,

can i get the
packages from nubuntu as .deb files fur my ubuntu ??

i looked every where fore bluesnarfer.deb but no luck i also could not install in from the file i found . . .i also could not get kismet to work in ubuntu . . . could not know why ?

Ooh and wifi-radar . . . lots of stuff

if someone could help i'd be thankfull

If nUbuntu is compatible with Ubuntu, i.e. you can safely install either one's .deb binary packages to another one withtout problems, then you could just use apt with Ubuntu's reposities, along with the "download only" option (see: man apt-get) to get the deb files (or just install right away without the option).

If you were having problems with kismet or some other apps, you should be more specific about what the real problem is (i.e. error messages etc.). Did you try to install the deb files using dpkg or using apt-get install?

ok ,, , the thing is that the software thats available in nubuntu is not in the apt-get so there is no way to get the software ,,,

plus that there are no deb files for this software, Ooh and yes nubuntu is ubuntu with fluxbox
