Breezy and RT24xx mini-PCI

Hi all,
I have a Toshiba laptop which I had set up with Hoary Hedgehog and WinXP dual boot. I had Wi-Fi using a RaLink RT24xx mini-PCI card. I used the source code provided by the company and it installed perfectly. I recently upgraded from Hoary to Breezy Badger, I attempted to use the code mentioned above to install the same, but it does not install. The make file calls gcc3.4, but Breezy uses gcc4.0. I installed the gcc3.3 that is in the installation cd from Breezy, but this did not work. Does anyone know how I could make this work?

Thanx
