About PHP-GD package

Hi folks,

Ubuntu 7.04 server amd64

I'm prepared creating graphic on php. According to "Image Functions";
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php

I need to install GD library. On running;
$ apt-cache search gd | grep php

Code:

libphp-phplot - The graphic library for PHP
php-image-canvas - Image_Canvas module for PEAR
php-image-graph - Image_Graph module for PEAR
php5-gd - GD module for php5

Please advise which package shall I install. TIA

My guess is php5-gd, but this may just be the interface and you may require gd as well I think.

I think php5-gd is a GD module for php5;
http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/package.php/php5-gd

It is already running on the PC;

$ apt-cache policy php5-gd

On browser running;

phpinfo()

It brings up the "phpinfo" page;

http://hk2.php.net/phpinfo

But I can't find GD library there.
