6.10, Wireless drops off useing NDIS

I just installed 6.10 and am useing ndis wrapper, i do have the Nvidia video card, not shure about the dirver it is useing.
wireless driver is the :bcm43XX driver 2.6.17-11-generic
wireless card is : BMC4306

The problem is that the wireless will some times work fine for a wile and then it will just cut off. after i reboot it seems to come back. wifi radar will show singnal most of the time but it will not connect. some times it dose seem to show a hiccup. I know it is not the network card, or the netowrk, they work fine in windows. any ideas on what it could be? or shuld i change form the defualt network manager and use a deffrent one?

When you used ndiswrapper to install the windows driver did you
blacklist or uninstall the native driver installed by Ubuntu?

The output of ndiswrapper -l sounds good.
(leave the native driver blacklisted)

smeg@smeg64linux:~$ ndiswrapper -l
Installed ndis drivers:
bcmwl5 driver present, hardware present

Did you run these commands from the terminal to load the new driver?

sudo depmod -a
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
