[lubuntu]How to prevent screen going off?

I have done

Menu > Preferences > Power Manager >Display>Display power management >OFF
Menu>Preferences>Power Manager>Security>Automatically Lock Screen>Never

Despite the above settings my monitor still turns off after some minutes of inactivity.

Whats the solution ?

Thanks. I have used your command. Now I will wait and see if it works

then make a script and add it to startup.
