LXer: SCO fails to mention IBM ruling to Red Hat Judge

Anti Linux bad boy SCO seems to be a bit embarrassed about having most of its case against IBM chucked out. Each 90 days the outfit has to pen a letter to the Judge in charge of a similar case against Red Hat and the latest edition almost fails to mention the fact.
