There is always a cause. In this case there rarely is a cure, but preventing it is usually possible.

There are lots of natural cures, just none the AMA can make millions from.

And there isn't always a cause, a lot of the time it is just a genetic predisposition.

This "genetic predisposition" just means that you are more or less likely to get it. Even if you are more likely to get it, if you avoid the causes, you can avoid it.

There is no one cure for all, but each can be prevented or rarely cured. Rarely it is completely genetic and then it is much harder to manage.
