Mmmmm ... spreading the data out doesn't necessarily help. They have their fingers in many cakes and can collect all the messages if they want. Too few details to tell any more about it.

Meh, I don't think changing email should be the way forward. I think getting publicly funded agencies to stop doing what they are doing, as we are requesting, is the way forward. I know its a long shot, but we've tore down companies and agencies before with our outrage.
