The next CEO better be bold, decisive and ready to focus on a core mission. That may mean upsetting the political apple cart, and letting go of some cash cows, but that's the way it's got to be.
Wow, someone is actually suggesting that microsoft walk away from desktop/server OSes...to the point of actaully saying 'Kill Windows and Office' because it would 'undermine the mission of making Microsoft a mobile-centric company'.
