A very superficial article. This article does briefly acknowledges Linux Mint.

Perhaps the major downfall of Ubuntu is its six(6) month (forced) upgrade environment, which this article neglects to mention. Linux Mint's upgrade cycle is every two(2) years. Much easier for the user.
