Where is the "curses.h" ?
Hello,
I have installed SuSE 9.3 Professional. I have a source code, but it needs "curses.h" header file. But it is not coming installed with the software I think. Which package group should I have to install, or where can I find it?
There might be an option in ./configure (if this is used) to decide whether to use curses or ncurses. Otherwise you may need yo adjust that in the makefile yourself.
install termcap rpm which has libcurses.so.? and libcurses.a. Make sure you link /usr/lib/curses/libcurses.a to /usr/lib/libcurses.a OR make sure that your LD_LIBRARY_PATH includes /usr/lib/curses as not being able to find the .a file may make your compile fail even though it can now find the shared library file.
